30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Chart the Magic Pro subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Pro Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 30 days, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and you retain access through that period.

Pro Annual Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase. After 30 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term, but you can cancel to stop renewal at the end of your term. You retain access through the remainder of your annual period.

Book Only (One-Time Purchase)

The Disney Planning Book is a digital product. Because the book is delivered as a downloadable file, we offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the file. If you have downloaded the book and are dissatisfied with it, please contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.

We process refunds within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically trigger a refund — to request a refund, please follow the process above.
