Who's coming along?

Add everyone in your travel party. Names and ages help us personalize ride recommendations, dining picks, and your daily pace.

Did you know? Walt Disney World is roughly the size of San Francisco — four theme parks, two water parks, a shopping district, and over 25 resorts. The experience for a couple is completely different from a family with a stroller. That's why we start here.
There are over 50 rides across the four parks, but 17 of them have height requirements (typically 38–48 inches). If you're traveling with small children, knowing their heights matters — we'll flag which rides they can and can't do. For adults-only trips, we unlock a completely different set of dining and nightlife recommendations.

When are you thinking?

Pick your travel dates — or just choose a season if you're still flexible. We'll show you crowd levels, weather, and special events.

The secret most sites won't tell you: There's no "perfect" time to go. The sweet spot for most families? Late September through mid-November, or late January through mid-March.
January–February: Lowest crowds, mild weather (60s–70s°F), but some rides close for maintenance and park hours are shorter.
March–May: Spring Break spikes in March, then calms. Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT. Gorgeous weather.
June–August: Peak crowds, extreme heat (95°F+), daily thunderstorms. But: extended hours and water parks shine.
September–November: Crowds drop dramatically after Labor Day. Halloween party starts, Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT. Many insiders' favorite window.
December: Holiday decorations are extraordinary. Christmas week is packed and expensive. Early December is the sweet spot.

How many days?

There are four theme parks plus water parks and Disney Springs. More days means less rushing — but we can make any length work.

Here's the math: With four parks, a one-park-per-day pace is ideal. Add an arrival day and a rest/pool day and you're at 6 days. That said, plenty of people have an incredible 4-day trip by doubling up.
3–4 days: Pick 2–3 parks, skip the water parks, pack each day tight. Best for budget trips or adding Disney onto another Florida vacation.
5–6 days: All four parks + a rest day. The sweet spot — you see everything without burning out.
7+ days: Revisit favorites, add water parks, enjoy resort mornings. You'll come home relaxed instead of exhausted.
3–4 DaysHit the highlights. We'll pick the 2–3 must-do parks.

What's your comfort level on budget?

Be honest — there's no judgment here. Disney is incredible at every price point.

Real talk: The resort you choose is the single biggest factor. Value resorts are clean, themed, and have great pools — "value" doesn't mean "bad."
A family of four typically spends:
Value tier: $3,000–5,000 (value resort, mostly quick-service dining, 4–5 day tickets)
Moderate tier: $5,000–8,000 (moderate resort, mix of dining, park hoppers)
Deluxe tier: $8,000–15,000+ (deluxe resort, signature dining, all the extras)
These ranges include resort, tickets, food, and some extras — but not flights.
🎯Smart & SavvyValue resorts, strategic dining, maximum magic per dollar.Great experience

What worries you most?

Every first-timer has concerns. Pick any that apply — we'll address each one directly in your plan.

This is the part most planning guides skip. We think it's the most important part — because the difference between a good trip and a great trip is confidence. Let us take these worries off your plate.
