💡 Strategy & Pacing Tips
Recommended Pacing
Visit 3-4 booths per hour. This gives you time to enjoy conversations, take photos, and avoid the "festival food coma." Arrive early (park opening) to beat crowds and enjoy booths at their freshest.
Booth Line Strategy
Busiest: France, Italy, Japan, Mexico. Hidden Gems: Ireland, Greece, Germany, Canada. Visit popular booths during meal times when many go to sit-down restaurants, or first thing at opening.
Couple's Strategy
Order one dish per booth and split. This lets you try more cuisines on your budget. Share plates to experience 2x the variety. Perfect for sampling without overindulging.
Group Strategy
Assign each person different booths, then share! Allows your group to experience all 30+ booths across multiple visits. Reduces wait times by splitting up and reconvening to share photos and swaps.
Meal Timing
Breakfast/early lunch: Light plates from several booths. Mid-afternoon: Rest & beverage break. Late afternoon: Premium dining at "Tables of the World." Dinner: Final booths or return to favorites.
Hydration & Rest
Refill water bottles throughout the day. Use quiet times to rest feet and digest. Non-alcoholic beverages help pace alcohol consumption. The festival runs 88 days—you don't need to do it all in one visit!
