You'll walk 8–10 miles per park day. Nothing else on this list matters as much as what's on your feet.

New Balance, Brooks, ASICS — any legit running shoe with real arch support. Wear them 5+ times before your trip. Breaking in new shoes at Disney is a mistake you'll make exactly once.
